Notes: This is 100% in person, NO online work to complete ahead of time.
Pleae avoid perfumes or strong smelling oils. Please wear clothes suitable for safe movement. No open toe shoes, sandals, etc. Please clothing that is modest and items that staff can pulll on.

This course includes the knowledge and techniques to help de-escalate in behavioral interactions that could potentially become agressive. This course includes discussion surrounding inter-personal relationships, how to build and maintain healthy relationships, and how to foster good communication. Included are Chapters 1 through 4 of the Mandt system, covering the physical skills, and how to perform them safely.

Scheduling Policy: Unless otherwise arranged, pre-payment is required secure a seat in class. Walk-ins are welcome, but only allowed if space is available.

Group Scheduling: Please email: info@frontiersafetyandsupply.com with the course type, class date and time, students names, email addresses, and contact phone numbers, as well as a contact to email an invoice to.

Cancellation and Refund Policy: No call/No show - no refund will be given. A minimum of 3-day (72-hour) notice is expected for a full refund. If you have not completed the online portion of a blended course before the first day of class, you will not be allowed to attend class, and a refund will not be issued. 

If you would like to schedule a private class, please call our office at 907-301-5155. We offer private classes at your facility or ours. 

At the discretion of the training center, classes who do not meet the minimum required number of students may be cancelled or rescheduled. A full refund will be issued for cancelled courses.
